　　輔助單據(jù)包括：特定國(guó)家所需要的單據(jù)，如海關(guān)發(fā)票customs invoice、領(lǐng)事發(fā)票consular invoice、原產(chǎn)地證明書(shū)certificate of origin等；以及附屬于商業(yè)發(fā)票的單據(jù)，如包裝單packing list、重量體積單weight and measurement list、檢驗(yàn)證明書(shū)certificate of inspection、其他單據(jù)other documents.

　　1. 海洋運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)（Marine Insurance）險(xiǎn)別的英文表達(dá)
　　海洋運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)（Marine Insurance）的險(xiǎn)別是保險(xiǎn)公司根據(jù)貨物在運(yùn)輸途中可能遭受到的自然災(zāi)害和意外事故的種類(lèi)、造成損失的程度和情況而和被保險(xiǎn)人約定的應(yīng)承擔(dān)各種不同責(zé)任的規(guī)定。
　　中國(guó)人民保險(xiǎn)公司（The People‘s Insurance Company of China）制訂的中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)條款（China Insurance Clauses， C.I.C. / CIC） 中的海洋運(yùn)輸貨物保險(xiǎn)條款（Ocean Marine Cargo Clauses）包括3個(gè)基本險(xiǎn)別：平安險(xiǎn)F.P.A. （Free From Particular Average），水漬險(xiǎn)W.P.A.（With Particular Average）， 以及一切險(xiǎn)（All Risks）。
　　保險(xiǎn)人（Insurer）為了放寬原有險(xiǎn)別的責(zé)任范圍，使投保人（Applicant）或說(shuō)被保險(xiǎn)人（Insured）獲得較多的保障，允許其在投保了某種基本險(xiǎn)別后加保一些附加險(xiǎn)別，當(dāng)然在加保時(shí)需要增加一定的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。
　　附加險(xiǎn)（Extraneous Risks）有一般附加險(xiǎn)和特殊附加險(xiǎn)（Special Additional Risks）之分。
　　目前，我國(guó)辦理的一般附加險(xiǎn)有11種，均為包括risk這個(gè)詞構(gòu)成的詞組：偷竊、提貨不著險(xiǎn)T.P.N.D. （Theft， Pilferage & Non-Delivery Risks）， 淡水雨淋險(xiǎn)（Fresh and/or Rain Water Damage Risks）， 短量險(xiǎn)（Shortage Risk 或Risk of Shortage），混雜、沾污險(xiǎn)（Intermixture & Contamination Risks），滲漏險(xiǎn)（Leakage Risk 或Risk of Leakage），碰損、破碎險(xiǎn)（Clash & Breakage Risks），串味險(xiǎn)（Taint of Odour Risk），受潮受熱險(xiǎn)（Sweating and/or Heating Damage Risks），銹損險(xiǎn)（Risk of Rusting），鉤損險(xiǎn)（Hook Damage Risk），包裝破裂險(xiǎn)（Breakage of packing Damage Risk）。
　　目前我國(guó)開(kāi)辦的特殊附加險(xiǎn)（Special Additional Risks）有：戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)險(xiǎn)（War Risks），罷工險(xiǎn)（Strikes， Riots and Civil Commotions），倉(cāng)面險(xiǎn)（On Deck Risk），進(jìn)口關(guān)稅險(xiǎn)（Import Duty），拒收險(xiǎn)（Rejection），黃曲霉素險(xiǎn)（Aflatoxion），交貨不到險(xiǎn)（Failure to Delivery），出口貨物到香港（包括九龍?jiān)趦?nèi)）或澳門(mén)存?zhèn)}火險(xiǎn)責(zé)任擴(kuò)展條款（Fire Risk Extension Clause for Storage of Cargo at destination Hong Kong including Kowloon， or Macao）等。
　　注意，在外貿(mào)函電中說(shuō)到各個(gè)險(xiǎn)別時(shí)，除all risks和war risk以外，risk （s） 這個(gè)詞一般省略不寫(xiě)。如：The goods are to be insured against leakage. 此貨需要保滲漏險(xiǎn)。
　　2. 有關(guān)海洋運(yùn)輸險(xiǎn)（Marine Insurance）保險(xiǎn)的基本詞匯與基本句型
　�。�1）insurance
　　insurance作為“投保”解時(shí)，可以作名詞用，也可以作動(dòng)詞用。做名詞用時(shí)，與其連用的動(dòng)詞有arrange， cover， effect， provide， take out等。
　　說(shuō)明保險(xiǎn)情況時(shí)：表示所保的貨物，后接on； 表示投保的險(xiǎn)別，后接against； 表示保險(xiǎn)金額，后接 for； 表示保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)或保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)率，后接at.。比如：We have covered insurance on the 100 metric tons of wool for 100% of the invoice value against all risks.我們已經(jīng)將100公噸羊毛按發(fā)票金額的100%投保一切險(xiǎn)。
　　Insurance 作動(dòng)詞用時(shí)，一般是及物動(dòng)詞，如：Please insure the goods against all risks and war risk.請(qǐng)將此貨投保一切險(xiǎn)及戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)險(xiǎn)。 Insurance也可以用作不及物動(dòng)詞，如：Please insure against breakage.請(qǐng)投保破碎險(xiǎn)。
　　此外，過(guò)去分詞也可以用作定語(yǔ)構(gòu)成一些常用詞組，如：insured amount （= insurance amount） 保險(xiǎn)金額，insured goods 投保的貨物，等。
　�。�2）保險(xiǎn)條件
　　A. 按CIF條件成交，投保基本險(xiǎn)：
　　Insurance to be effected by the sellers for xx% of invoice value against FPA. 由賣(mài)方按發(fā)票金額XX%投保平安險(xiǎn)。
　　Insurance to be effected by the sellers for xx% of invoice value against WPA. 由賣(mài)方按發(fā)票金額XX%投保水漬險(xiǎn)。
　　Insurance to be effected by the sellers for xx% of invoice value against All Risks. 由賣(mài)方按發(fā)票金額XX%投保一切險(xiǎn)。
　　B. 按CIF條件成交，投保附加險(xiǎn)：
　　Insurance to be effected by the sellers for xx% of invoice value against WPA and War Risks. 由賣(mài)方按發(fā)票金額XX%投保水漬險(xiǎn)及戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)險(xiǎn)。
　　Insurance to be effected by the sellers for xx% of invoice value against WPA Theft， Pilferage and Non-Delivery and War Risks. 由賣(mài)方按發(fā)票金額XX%投保水漬險(xiǎn)、偷竊、提貨不著險(xiǎn)及戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)險(xiǎn)。
　　Insurance to be effected by the sellers for xx% of invoice value against All Risks and War Risks. 由賣(mài)方按發(fā)票金額XX%投保一切險(xiǎn)及戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)險(xiǎn)。
　　C. 按CFR或FOB條件成交，由賣(mài)方代辦保險(xiǎn)：
　　Insurance to be effected by the sellers for xx% of invoice value against XXX Risks， premium to be for buyer‘s account. 由買(mǎi)方委托賣(mài)方按發(fā)票金額XX%投保XXX險(xiǎn)，保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)由買(mǎi)方負(fù)擔(dān)。
　　D. 按CFR或FOB條件成交，由買(mǎi)方自辦保險(xiǎn)：
　　Insurance to be effected by Buyer. 保險(xiǎn)由買(mǎi)方自理
　　E. 其他規(guī)定，如：
　　加保短量險(xiǎn)，不包括途耗，添加下列字句：……including the risk of shortage in weight but excluding natural loss.
　　有免賠率，添加下列字句：……including the risk of shortage in weight in excess of 0.X%.
　　貨運(yùn)港口，買(mǎi)方要求保險(xiǎn)負(fù)責(zé)到內(nèi)陸城市，添加下列字句：Insurance to be covered up to XXX subject to warehouse to warehouse. 保險(xiǎn)責(zé)任按倉(cāng)至倉(cāng)條款負(fù)責(zé)到XXX（內(nèi)陸城市名）為止。
